  12.                 A NEW 900 COMPUTER HELPDESK GOES ON LINE
  13.  
  14.       A new technical support hotline will be available to personal
  15. computer users beginning June 22.  The number, 1-900-454-9400, will
  16. be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the
  17. continental United States.

  19.       Unlike most computer helpdesks, that specialize in a particular
  20. product (either hardware or software), this service will provide help for
  21. both novices and advanced users with any problem in their computer.
  22. Most other hotlines, are only available during business hours on
  23. business days - the DOS Doctor will be available 24 hours every day
  24. of the year.

  26.       Many high tech individuals, experienced in HelpDesk operations
  27. in the South Florida area will be personally available - on a 1 to 1
  28. basis, to help answer questions.

  30.       There will be no charge for the first minute of the call, during
  31. which time we will established whether  we can be of assistance. 
  32. After the first minute the caller will be charged at the rate of $2.00 per
  33. minute. These charges will appear on their local telephone bill.

  35.       Frequently software problems are related to improper installation
  36. or hardware conflicts. This type of problem can result in frustration
  37. and significant time consumption. Most of these problems can be
  38. solved with a simple phone call.
